Specialty coffee is one of the best in the world. In terms of its taste characteristics, such a drink scores from 82 points out of 100. Only one tenth of all coffee produced in the world possesses such quality. A sample of green coffee of this class must not contain primary defects, and the number of secondary defects must not exceed 5 beans per 300 gram package.
Specialty coffee beans are grown high in the mountains in an ecologically clean environment and enriched soil. They mature in the shade and coolness of the rich volcanic soil. Harvesting is done by hand. After that, the grains are processed and sorted by size and weight, removing low-quality ones. The crop can be collected up to five times a year.
